2. Choose the location: Confirm access, parking and the best time for natural light.
3. Prepare the space: Finish the work, remove private documents and protect sensitive areas.
4. Check permissions: Confirm property access and who may appear on camera. Flag anyone who should not be photographed.
5. Bring the facts: Project scope, materials, dates and details you can accurately share.
6. Find the originals: If you have permission-cleared before/progress images, keep the original files and their context.
7. Pick the use: Website, estimate follow-up, social channels or a specific campaign. Tell us before the shoot.
8. Name one approver: Consolidate feedback into one clear revision round.
